I stopped by here with my wife and another couple for their Sunday brunch buffet. Having never been here but hearing so much about this place I was eager to check it out. I enjoy the area it is in even if it's not the greatest part of town. Parking on street was fairly easy to find right around the corner.
The inside was rather neat having that rustic/historic look to it. The menu has a history of the building written inside which is fascinating to read about. The food itself was OK. I loved the red cabbage as it had a healthy amount of sweetness to it. I also enjoyed the make your own omelet bar as that is one of my favorite brunch items! The other food ended up just being average at best. There were some pasta and sausage combinations as well as bacon and fruit. The fruit didn't look too great and I avoided that and the baked goods which sounded underwhelming.
Overall a neat experience to dine here. I wouldn't be opposed to coming back and trying out a regular weeknight dinner menu. I like the history part of the building and I think the historical decoration concept inside is neat.
