After my fitting, I expected for the business to follow-up with me to order a pair. However, this did not happen and I came to order some boxes about two months after my initial fitting.
When I went to the store for to order there was no prescription and hardly any record of my visit. There was a possibly that the doctor forgot to document my visit.
However the business manager apologized for the inconvience and promised to follow up the next business day. The new plan is to place an order over the phone.
