  • I'm a local in town and let me start off by saying that the actual experience on the zoom zip line was fun! However there were a couple things wrong with it... 1) We scheduled a 3:40 boarding time and online it says that it will take an hour to actually go on the zipline. Try 90 min! We didn't go on the zipline until 5:15... many people on line left because they had reservations other places. It's poor management to let people think it's a 60 min wait when it's actually 90 min 2) In the ticket office the agent was extremely rude... my cousin was sick and couldn't come and I was trying to give her ticket to a stranger and she accused me of trying to sell my ticket off. Where does she get off saying that?! I was trying to get a stranger to have a ticket that would have gone to waste. Their policy of exchanging your ticket for an additional $10 is stupid... especially if you have no idea what your plans are and you have to commit to another time right then and there.
