  • Just wanted to update my review as the company reached out to me and profusely apologized. They had issues with the phone lines. They even offered to discount my next purchase. Unfortunately I have moved to California and will not be able to visit the store again but I appreciate their intent to resolve my dissatisfaction. ********* Well, from the outside it looks like a pretty cool store. My aunt and uncle ordered some figure/statue and asked if I could pick it up and pay for it. They live in California and were visiting AZ on vacation so I said no problem. I called ahead to see if they were open but no one answered, and no voicemail was set up. Seemed to be a cell phone. So I took my chances and just showed up during the posted business hours, but no one was there. No sign to indicate a change in hours or closed for the holiday. I called the number listed and no answer with no voicemail set up. Thought it was a one off. Called the next day, a few times, no answer. Had my aunt and uncle follow up with the number they had on the brochure they were given, no answer. As you can imagine, I don't have time to drive over there every day to check if they are open. So no money spent here at this business. Would definitely not recommend! :)
