  • Dr. Berschler and his hygienists are great and very professional. They listen to my concerns and answered all my questions and were very polite and professional. The only reason I cannot give them 5 out of 5 is their scheduling is a mess and one of the front office ladies is rude and comes off very condescending. I called to verify an appointment and was told I had one and that it had even been confirmed (I confirmed it via text with a question to ensure it was correct and got no response) but I tried to explain that I just been there a few months ago. I informed her that the last time I was there for a checkup there had been a scheduling error so I added the new appointment to my personal calendar and I didn't see it in there for the day I was confirmed on. Once she looked into my file she noticed that I had been there in July and that I wasn't scheduled until January. No apologies just a 'Oh'. Pretty sorry customer service on her part.
