  • Absolute worst staff and management of any Harris Teeter in Charlotte. I will start by saying i have loyally shopped at HT exclusively since i moved to this area 6 years ago. I loved the small chain vibe, friendly cashiers and pleasant, eager to help managers. Other locations place an emphasis on customer service whereas this location employs rude cashiers and the manager, Chrissy, was far worse. I was given complete attitude from the second i got to the checkout lane, not even greeted. I asked her how she was, to which she replied, "fine" and continued to look down. I asked a question about a coupon that i have used before dozens of times at that location as well as others and was belittled, asked if i read the coupon, and then rudely told she would not honor the coupon. I asked to speak to customer service, as i felt this was inconsistent with policy that i have experienced on a multi-weekly basis for many years. Chrissy was unkind, harsh, and unapologetic. My total was $49 and change and the minimum purchase for the coupon was $50. I will not return to this or possibly any Harris Teeter in the future, not only because they chose not to honor the coupon but because of the treatment i endured by both cashiers and management.
