  • The 1st time I went was ok, but always you have to go several times to find out if it is reliable , in my case I am skeptical now especially after my 4th visit. 1st I was sent for blood test , when I went to the same doctor , she told me that the lab missed one of the the tests (actually it was pending not missed since I can see online) she sent me for the 2nd time to the lab but i went week later to the lab by then she already called me that the results were in but it was the 1st test ,not the 2nd which was still pending) i had to go for the 2nd appt. and could not go same day , I went for another day since the receptionist said it is ok. When I went there the new doctor said why I was there since she is not the one who was following up..when she had my results all in front of her. Their phone is always in busy mode, no matter what time of the day I call. It is always worth to take the time to write a review, may be after several visits and not immediately . What matters is the core service not when someone is smiling or making small talk.. it is overall hard to get caring and good service, if you get once then after few visits something happens.. IT is not consistent .....
