I'm reading these other reviews and it seems like everyone lived in a completely different apartment complex than I did. I lived there from September 2014 to December 2015 and I absolutely loved it. I do remember the water getting turned off in the middle of the day one time, and that was kind of sucky but it was turned on within a matter of hours. I threw two parties in the beautiful community center, a baby shower for my sister and a first birthday party for my niece. The pool areas are gorgeous as well, I love the cabanas and made it a part of my daily routine to catch some rays! The jacuzzi was often broken, so that was kind of sucky but its hot in Vegas anyway! My family and I even had a barbeque out by the pool as well one day and it was so much fun. Several other families were out there and we all because friends. I never had a horrible experience with management. I live my the rule, you get more with sugar than vinegar. One time I had a super stressful month and had forgotten to pay my rent (I was only one day late). After talking with the manager, she waived my late fee because I had never been late before and I wasn't mean to her when I spoke with her. My apartment was beautiful and I kept it clean. My neighbor was this little old man and his wife who were super sweet and he smoked a ton, but I never smelt smoke in my apartment. Trust me I would have said something because smoke makes me sick. My only complaint with the whole place and the entire time I stayed was my upstairs neighbor. It sounded like she was dropping bowling balls on the floor every night when my boyfriend and I were trying to sleep, but that has nothing to do with the apartment complex and everything to do with her being a bad upstairs neighbor. I moved from this apartment because my house closed, but if I should find myself needing an apartment again, I would be more than happy to live here.
