  • Went here for the first time this past Saturday and the bartenders are amongst some of the most unprofessional in the business. "Do you know why I'm ignoring you?" Said the girl behind the bar. When I said no she told me it's because one of my friends had not tipped on the previous drink. Meanwhile I was $120 in and had tipped $2 on each $8 drink all night (25%). I've NEVER had a problem with tipping and I can't believe the audacity of the bartenders explicitly stating they're refusing to serve me because of lack of tips? As a result, they refused me water several times saying they don't give water out until after 2am even though I had watched them pour everyone water the whole night. Based on customer service I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I get we were on King St and service at clubs means nothing but come on.
