  • Horrible experience. Called for help as a follow up and they said they couldn't locate the nurse I worked with. Couldn't help with a prescription that they prescribed. Said i would need to make another appointment and pay the co-pay to get a refill on ear medicine because they have no idea where the nurse works anymore...wait...so you staff nurses that you can't locate 2 days later?
