  • Fast and friendly! I went in on a Friday, maybe 30min before closing and the customer service I received was still top notch. I didn't feel rushed and they allowed me to try as many glasses as I wished. After picking the glasses and going through all the options, I was advised the turnaround is usually up to two weeks (which is expected). Wednesday the next week I got a call saying my glasses were in and ready to be picked up! The fact they were so kind and quick with making my glasses (correctly) really makes me happy I decided to drive across town to try them out.
