  • My four year old daughter and I were in here the other day filling seven gallon jugs. I paid first since there were two employees working. Once the water was filled, the two employees (with no other customers) watched me make three trips to my car and never once offered to help. In addition to being there with my preschooler, I am very clearly seven months pregnant. There was truly not another customer in sight. And I was parked right in front. And one of the employees was a young person. I would have continued going out of my way to this water store, but not anymore. Lack of customer service seems to abound everywhere right now. This was no exception.
