  • Wish I could give this place 5 stars but I can't because of the inconsistency. Depending on who is working you may get the most amazing latte you've ever had or you could get a foam covered coffee. The food is exactly the same way. Customer service is pretty awful too! Management really needs to train their waitresses on decent customer service. I gave them 4 stars because they do have great food and coffee sometimes and they have potential to be great if only they get some training. Also the atmosphere is pretty relaxed which is what down town summerlin is all about.
