| - I wish I could give zero stars to Comcast. We opened a new business, and they came to install or service. We have two TVs, Internet and A phone line. When the installer came, he accidentally made several holes in the wall, and he also dented other places in the wall. This wall is a shared common wall, to other businesses. And the wall had just been dry walled and freshly painted. The guy assured us that someone would come and fix all of the damage, and make repairs, and repaint.
It has been three months, and nothing. I have called multiple times to Comcast. I sit on the phone on hold, I explain the whole story to someone, they transfer me to someone else, I explain the whole story again, they transfer me to somebody else, I explain the whole story again, and then was suddenly disconnected, after being on the phone for 20 minutes. And nobody calls me back.
Two of the other phone calls to Comcast, I have been told that a supervisor would call me back to help us out with the situation. And help us get a credit towards our bill for the damage and the inconvenience.
That has never happened, and while I have waited for someone to come do repairs, they just keep sending bills. I received a letter this last week, from a credit agency, that Comcast has turned us in to , because our bill is late. I can't stand Comcast!!!!
