  • I stopped in to look at some carpet for a small job. I mentioned that it was small but I also would be looking to remodel 2 1/2 baths, a family room and possibly a kitchen in the future as well as putting wood flooring in the living/dining area. I selected 2 styles I liked, gave my name and email address to the rep, who was more concerned with a conversation with another person. She didn't know anything about carpet, didn't know about installation or pricing. She was going to email me quotes that day. 8 days later I still don't have a quote. I know that it was a small job, but no excuse for a sales person to not follow up considering all she had to do was a few minutes work to get me quotes. As they say, there are plenty of fish in the sea. Move on
