  • For some, yelp seems to be a sounding board for certain isolated incidents which left customers dissatisfied while others who had satisfactory to great service keep their experiences to themselves. I believe this is the case with Truly Nolen. Recently, my employer sent me home because bed bugs were found at my work station. This was a complete surprise to me as I've never even been bit but nonetheless, I was required to get a professional home inspection before being allowed to come back to work. I picked Truly Nolen because of the free inspection offered on their yelp page and was left completely satisfied. The inspector, Alex was very knowledgable and thorough. Luckily for me, no evidence of bed bug activity was found so I'll be able to get back to work now. Even though this was a free service, there was no high pressure sales pitch in order to drum up business. Alex just gave me his card and let me know that if I actually do end up bringing the critters home, to give him a call....and after the excellent service provided, I'll be doing just that! Hopefully my five star review will give Truly Nolen a star average more in line with the quality of service they provide.
