  • Please note that I agree with Charmaine P. Unprofessional and miserable place to be as you can see the walk-ins face disappointed and aggravated. No excuses. I have experienced a particular operator who once owned her own salon and was the operator at the same time. (Anna no longer owns her salon. She moved to Venus Nails and Spa on Lake Mead.) She was always professional, attentive to all her customers, new customers, walk-ins.....) She is never rude. It is the same at this salon as well. She may be busy and you need to speak English slower. However she backs up her work and values her customers. The owner of Famous Nails didn't take time to be of customer service. It was not pleasant there and the atmosphere was negative. Extremely opposite of my past experiences with salons. Glad I didn't get any work done. Just because it is in the same center as WalMart doesn't mean you get quality work.
