  • Used to like these guys and have had great experiences. This time around everything changed. The courtesy checks werent done. "Lubricate door hinges" "Completed" No doors were opened except the driver door by me to peek out the door. Tire tread depths are all wrong.Two tires are new for that year and significantly thicker than noted. Two tires were bought at 60% wear. They noted 6/32 my tires measured 10 or 11/32. Finally they said my transmission fluid needed to be changed because it was cloudy. He then asked me what kind of transmission I had. Then when pressed on the issue they finally said Honda fluid doesnt change colour at all so you have no idea if it needs to be changed or not. If you lie to me about this. What are you lying about else where?
