  • Our party of 5 came here for the first time at around 11am the Monday after Christmas to feast on some pan roast and oysters. Fortunately, there were 5 seats still open when we got there. By the time we finished our meal, a line of vultures was already forming to swoop for our prime spots. I had the Level 5 seafood pan roast and it was perfect for me (Not a huge fan of spicy food, but can tolerate) Bursting with flavor, the boiling plump seafood was just what the doctor ordered for a cold winter day in Vegas. The oysters were fresh and quite plump as well, but the star of the show is definitely the pan roast. A nice stroll afterwards... in the crisp outside winter air... with your new friend warming you up inside...hits the spot perfectly! Not sure I'd eat this during the scorching summer. This place deserves 6 stars for the contraption they use to cook the pan roast. Cook, pour, rinse, repeat... SO EFFICIENT!
