  • I moved to Arizona about a year and a half ago and decided to give this bank a shot. However, I was urged to move over to chase because of better services. I decided to stick with this bank because of the warm greeting you get and the excellent service and professional appearances they upkeep. Today though, I went in with my friend to help her order checks because she is new to everything. After receiving a welcome and going to the front clerk, they advised us to see a personal banker for my friends request. The personal bankers name was Brianna Vasquez and at first, she was nice and professional. I tried to make small talk and thats where the problem occurred. She completely aired me out as if she was super busy when the place was empty. I dont know if shes just a rude person or does not know what customer service means. Tldr: avoid Brianna if you are the outgoing type and have someone else help you.
