  • Compassion is not their strength. Absolutely hated how they accommodated my dog. He started having seizures and we had to rush him in the hospital since we are existing patients, visit them all the time for all our pet needs and were generally happy with them before. We were told that since we are a walk-in, we had to wait for a spot. Waited for over an hour with my dog yelping in pain and in extreme distress while they helped pets with annual shot appointments. Had a feeling they'd let a dog die, but hey, they'll honor your appointment! No one plans on having an emergency situation, and they failed to recognize the urgency. Of course, we left and of course we won't be back not that they'll care one way or another.
