Place is fairly new so it looks clean enough.
They may tell you they have this and that, but that is a crap shoot when you show up.
They run out of basic supplies and no one has an idea when replacements will show. They ran out of wipes and don't know when replacements are coming. They ran out of bed pads and don't know when replacements are coming. The wound is dry and itchy? Bring your own cream. Not sure when the diaper supply will run out, but I'm sure that will be soon. If you want a nice looking place but needs you to bring ALL of the supplies yourself, then this might be a place for you. If you have any questions, you better just ask 10 people and do some of your own looking and digging around for answers. They don't even know what their facility has, including if they have a vending machine. Are they helpful? Not really. I wouldn't even say they get the bare minimum of their jobs done well. Go even a little bit above their job duty is 100% NO. Be lucky if they point you in the right direction, but they usually don't have any idea themselves. I waited a while to write this post because I wanted to give them a chance and to find the positive. The positive is that it's new and seems clean. When you talk to people on the phone that are supposed to sell you on the place, they do a good job. When you get there, no one has a clue. They can't do math and calculate correct dosages, so you better double check everything yourself. Hopefully you have someone that can stay with your loved one 24X7. They seem very short staffed. Haven't found a nurse or doctor who shows up when you think they will. These people don't care and can't be bothered to give you any help. Appearances are deceiving here. Spend at least an entire day/night with your loved one and see how dysfunctional it is.
