  • This review is for JJ and long overdue. Our minivan broke down one too many times and we took the plunge to buy a "new" used car. We did a search online and a Honda Odyssey within our price range and the mileage that we were looking for. We called the number and it happened to be one form Bell Honda. The phone rep transferred me over to JJ and he ran out to the lot while I was on the phone to ensure it was still in stock. He answered all my questions over the phone and set up for us to check out the van that night. We came right over. JJ and a another phone rep followed up with us to make sure we were coming so they could have the van out front and ready for us to check out and take for a test drive. When we got there JJ was extremely friendly and good to all 3 of my kids who were restless. He helped us switch out the car seats so we could go on a test drive. JJ was very thorough in going over all of the option of the van. I believe we got a good fair deal both from JJ and Bell Honda (I haven't had buyers remorse). It was my first experience ever going to a car dealership and I'm glad it turned out to be a positive one. All in all it was a good experience. The waiting for the paperwork was a little long and the finance guy trying to upsell me a warranty and gap insurance even when I insisted no was a little bit much, especially considering it was getting late with kids. Bell Honda is definitely a place I will go back to when I'm in need of my next car. Thanks!
