rev:text	I would like to express my most sincere thanks to Lionel at BIll Luke for his unprofessional and horrible attitude. Your hard work today or lack there of caused me to get a MUCH better deal on an identical car with 30K less miles for only $2K more at Peoria VW. Bravo, Sir. Job well done. Seriously, I've never had a worse experience at a car dealer New or used. These people bait and switch on financing and when I came back with my own and a check for the full amount of the vehicle in my pocket I was greeted by "I've got another guy coming in 20 minutes, I think that's enough time to get you done" I was rushed thru a test drive and when I pointed out issues with the vehicle I was dismissed and answered with an uncaring ""I'll see what my boss says" to which I responded "No, it needs to be fixed or I walk" "we'll walk then!" Is what I was told. To their credit the sales manager tried to hook me up with another salesman and listened to my complaint but the damage was done. There's a million cars out there and hundreds of dealers in the valley. I'm not being treated like this and expected to be a good customer. So again if you want a good deal go talk to Lionel, get nice and upset then find another dealer. That's the way to go!
