Came to Kensington Brewing Company with 2 friends on a Saturday afternoon. Service was friendly and attentive and we quickly got our beer.
I ordered the Rhu-berry, a soul ale. Good balance of malt and fruit - a nice light, easy drinker. My friends liked it so much they ordered Rhu-berry for their second round. We also tried Infinite Offering, which I'm pretty sure was a saison. It had an interesting, smoky flavour. I appreciate that KBC carried a good variety of types of beer - not just IPAs or whatever the beer of the moment is. They also had interesting ciders - like Duxbury Tilted Barn *drool*.
This brewery is narrow, and has a cool mural running down one wall of it. There is a gender neutral bathroom and a family bathroom. Beer was a bit on the pricy side - $7.50-$8.00 for less than a pint. They've got board games like Cards Against Humanity - a huge plus.
I'll definitely be back here if I want to try some interesting beer in Kensington.
