Came in yesterday to look at the long awaited FZ10 and was greeted by the staff in exactly the way I would expect out of a professional team. Was asked multiple times if I had any questions and got a quote written up for the bike. Staff was more than helpful even when I relayed my zero possibility of buying anytime soon. Then today I get a follow up call as a thank you and to see if I had any other questions regarding the bike. Not all ridenows are created equal as I'm still waiting for an update when there's "more information on the fz10" from the craig store. Very professional and exactly what I would want anyone I recommended to purchase a motorcycle to experience.
Update 10/12 Came back and got my FZ10 and overall not super excited about the whole deal. There was a lot of miscommunication at multiple times some were on my end some were not. I never really felt like everyone was on the same page. My service from Chester was great and everyone there was very nice and very personable and the bottom line is that's what brought me back to this dealership. However after signing on the dotted line and getting everything finalized it seemed like we were never on the same page as far as the delivery, pick up time, finance paperwork, down payment, and some of the small details that I had been under the impression would be taken care of. At the end of the day none of the things that bothered me individually would have made me not do business here but overall it just made the experience seem very unorganized and not executed at the level that I would recommend to a friend or want to go through again myself. But being entirely fair their were some curve balls I threw myself that might not be encountered by the average buyer. Overall 4 stars from my initial 5 because I don't want anyone negatively affected by this but I do feel my experience was a miss overall. The bike on the other hand is awesome.
