  • the women here are pretty rude and judgemental. I like to shop online a lot and I had over $100 in merchandise I wanted to exchange for other things. it took the lady at the counter well over 10 minutes for an exchange and was required to ask me why I wanted to return each item. and then the girl next to her wanted to confirm that I actually used the items.....how would I know I didn't like them if I didn't use them??? I then heard that same black haired lady on the phone trying to disparage the kvd brand just because kvd is exclusive to sephora only.
