This review is actually for Jaguar but they don't have a separate profile.
I purchased a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace S here in July of 2016. I had custom ordered it two months earlier. My wife and I loved it. In May of 2017 I hit a deer on the freeway that was unavoidable. I immediately had it towed to A&L for repair. It has now been 4 months and the repairs are not complete. The staff keeps giving me the runaround. After 45 days my insurance would no longer provide a loaner vehicle. After many calls A&L agreed to provide me with a loaner car as they had promised earlier. They gave me a 2015 Honda Civic with the A&L logo on the windshield which I have been driving for 5 weeks. They sell Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW. Have never seen a Honda on the lot. I had to go on a trip to New York a couple of weeks ago with my family. I asked for a better loaner and was denied. I had to rent a car out of pocket to make the trip. The only person that has been helpful is actually the salesman I bought the car from Jeff Yueng. If you buy a car here do not take it to collision department. The estimate has doubled since the initial. They are trying to make sure the insurance company is going to approve their massive supplemental estimate before I can pick up the car regardless of whether it is finished. I will go back to Bobby Rahal next time.
Update: After the car was finished a week they finally got their paperwork together for the insurance company. My insurance company hand delivered them a check so they would bring the car to me prior to leaving on another work trip last Tuesday. They said they would have the car to me by noon. Noon came and went and no car and no phone call. After calling several numbers I finally reached the Fixed operations manager at 1:30 PM. Turns out that they had started to bring it to me and there was a leak in the radiator hose they missed. Had to take it back and fix it. I again had to leave without my car. They don't seem to care about their customers.
