Like what am I paying you for???? Apparently I'm stuck searching for a doctor who is "contracted" by Humana, not a doctor who "accepts" Humana!!!! So while I continue to find a doctor in my spare time, like when I'm not working to pay you, or laying in bed in pain cause I can't find a doctor.... These customer service reps will repeat themselves 100 times & resend me the magic "doctor list" that dissapears after 72 hrs in my inbox because of "updating" by Humana !!!!! I really just want someone to tell me that the insurance I pay for every month is always accessible to me, no stipulations, no guide lines, no limitations. I mean come on, I'm young, I just want a damn MRI without paying $2300.00 because I went outside the network !!!!! By the way.... Smooth how your coverage price went up this new year from last year YET I STILL DONT HAVE A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN!!!!
