  • Horrible customer service especially from the employee named Kim. I came back to return two torches because the adjustment on them was not functioning properly. Kim proceeded to give me attitude because they were filled with butane (this is the only way to test the product). She continued to banter with another employee behind the desk stating that she didn't know what to do with them because I had brought them in filled with fuel which made me feel very uncomfortable. I found this to be very unprofessional and it should have been discussed privately instead of infront of the customer. I will not be coming back here for any of my purchases due to very subpar customer service.
