I have had an appointment scheduled for over a month with Lisa and 40 minutes before my 8:50AM appointment, I was called and told Lisa called in sick and that they wouldn't be able to service me. I asked if there was anyone else that could service me since I made this appointment so far in advance and was told they are all booked up this week, but that I could be put on a waiting list for cancellations. Um, no thank you. I am going on vacation next week and needed it done early this week to allow time to heal. I do not trust this office in holding appointments and I highly recommend finding another dermatology office to schedule appointments so that you don't end up in the situation I am in. This is a horrible way to do business. What if I had taken time off of work for this appointment?
