  • Happy Nappy is a little hard to review. On the one hand their diapers and wipes are awesome. Not having to clean poop off of reusables is awesome. Being able to leave a sack of dirty diapers on your front steps and have them replaced with a clean sack is great. In theory the service would get 5 stars. The problem is with the execution of the service. We are frequently delivered the wrong amount of diapers in the wrong size. There have been many billing errors which have been hard to clear up. They have never done the diaper exchange (taking dirty and leaving clean ones) at the time they told us they would, leaving us spending the day watching for a clean sack. Customer services is hard to get ahold of. The delivery driver we have has been generally unfriendly and unhelpful. She provided the on-boarding for the service and her instructions were unclear and different from the instructions a friend on the service received.
