  • I am a long time agent in the valley and have used a smaller company most of my career. My client was wanting to use Checklist Inspections and I was excited to meet another company. Ryan and JJ were just perfect. Extremely professional without lighting a fire that didn't need to be there. Their wrap up was incredibly informative. They pointed out items they felt needed immediate attention and those that just needed normal maintenance. The report is easy to read and helpful to myself as an agent because it is simple to explain in the notice to the seller. They also supply the buyer with a folder full of tools for the buying process. Thank you for taking such great care of my client! I would definitely use you again.
