  • I have had a terrible rip off experience. Stopped in on sunday was told about move in special and was told if credit wasnt good there could be up to a 350 charge. After being told by susanna that it would probably be 250. we hgave 100 dollars to hold which was suppose to go toward 250 when we said we needed today they raised it to 450 plus 100 hold fee plus paying 630 for first month rent. I demanded my money back and felt extorted called and talked to asst mgr today she said all was worked out and come in and give a total of 517 which included October rent. Showed up to sign lease was assisted by a very unproffesional guy named Pablo who demanded to know what was said to his coworker and would not let us sign paper work then he refused to let me talk to asst mgr who he informed me had no authority and wasnt there as he continued to stand up and make threatning gestures. Asst mgr was there repeatedly asked Pablo to wait in her office and he refused where he kept arguing and yelling at us. Please please if there has been any other extortion attempts or a what they call a qualifying fee please reprt it this should be illegal.
