  • We have been members at Gainey, Camelback and DC Ranch for several years. We have not experienced any issues with Gainey or Camelback; we are cancelling our family membership due to extremely poor member service at DC Ranch.   In the span of approximately 8 months, we have had unauthorized charges on our account, rude/inaccurate comments placed on our account and accusatory calls from the child care area, and more. When we inquired about the unauthorized charges on the account, it was fixed within a few weeks, but without any acknowledgement, no apology, nothing. Same thing with the issues from the Child Care area. No acknowledgement, no apology, nothing.  When we shared our frustration, again, there was no apology, no acknowledgement. At that point, we decided to cancel our membership. We did so on August 17 and have yet to receive any acknowledgement of our cancellation. Extremely unprofessional.  If you are looking to pay hundreds of dollars a month to be treated like just a number, this is the place!
