We have two separate HOAs. I thought things would improve when some of the power was shifted to Taylor Association Management, I didn't think it could get any worse. They proved me wrong. Not only have they raised our fees to over $100 a month and are still taking services away, since they have taken over our community there is trash every where. Homes are boarded up. The few parking spaces that are supposed to be reserved for homeowners (easily identified by the multiple stickers they forced us to put on our cars) are always taken up by non residents. Phone call, email or online requests to them go ignored routinely. And for the last two weeks I've been staring at a used condom in our parking lot that they will not deal with despite my multiple reports and PICTURES. That should also let you know what type of activity is going on in the parking lots in this complex that they say we don't need security in. Trying to walk to my car, I trip over trash, booze bottles and now this. It's disgusting and unsafe. It's going to be really sad when a child gets poisoned or infected because of the state of the common grounds that are their responsibility. Maybe they should stick to managing single family homes only or where ever a previous poster only pays an HOA fee of $8 a month, because they sure are not worth what we are paying. If any attorneys are reading this and can help, please contact me. I'd like to force both HOAs out and get one decent company to operate our entire complex. I know ALL of the owners I've spoken to feel the same, but I'm unsure of how to get that process started.
