rev:text	Not impressed. I had already gone to Terrible Herbst's that morning to get a smog check, which got rejected due to 4 sensors not being ready (I recently had mechanic work done on the car). There was $16 down the drain! After taking a little trip to try and get the sensors to read, I decided to stop by Purrfect Auto Service since their smog is only $9.99. I got checked in and was told it would be about 15-20 minutes since there were 3 people in front of me (weird, since it literally took 3 minutes to complete at Terrible's). Anyway, once they finally got to my car, I went out there to watch them do the smog check, hoping my sensors would be good to go. When the guy opened the hood, he noticed blue tape in/around the engine since I just had the heads machined. His remark was, "Did a Mexican work on your car?". Regardless of whether it was the correct tape or not, you shouldn't be throwing racial remarks out around customers. Completely rude and unprofessional! Unfortunately, only one of my sensors reset, leaving me with another rejected smog. Luckily, they only charged $3.99, and this is the ONLY reason I'm giving two stars (the price). To top it off, I went to pay at the counter and the lady could NOT take her eyes off the TV. Literally, she tried to staple the receipts and had to do it three different times because she wasn't looking and so it wasn't going in the hole. She shoved the receipts at me WITHOUT LOOKING and didn't say a word. No "thank you" or "have a good day". Despite the cheap prices, I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, and I definitely will not be going back myself.
