They stole my money!!!! I bought three plants. Two of which they insisted on delivering since I paid for one to be planted. I initially didn't mind and considered it a nice gesture. Of course, it's another too-good-to-be-true experience. I waited a week and a half for them to schedule planting then I called them. The phone was never answered, but I left several messages finally asking for at least a voicemail to be left with a time they were coming. Five weeks later I get a call late morning with a landscaper asking where I want him to plant my tree because they were "in front of your house and you're not home"..... I swallowed any questions because at least they were there to finally plant my tree. Before getting off the phone I asked about the other tree. The caller had "no idea" that I had another tree (though it was placed on the same yellow slip with which my planting order was). I asked him to locate it when he returned to the nursery-- " I will do that ma'am" -- yeah right. More calls, no answer no replies. Not open when I drive by.
Next thing I know, the place is "PERMANENTLY CLOSED"
Good. I am actually very loyal to a business as long as they are honest and courteous (accounted for mistakes included), so I know I didn't deserve that.
I try it to spread my negative impressions of certain businesses to Arizona as a whole since I've met so many nice people here. However, I must acknowledge the large number of rude businesses compared to the other 20+ states in which I have either lived or visited.
