  • The only pleasant par of dealing with Ace Rent A Car was Jessica who works the rental counter. This company is grimy the way they "slip" in a TON of extra charges when your at the counter picking up vehicle. My $238 QUOTED TOTAL PRICE was going to be almost DOUBLED with the extra TOTAL COVERAGE insurance you have to buy along with other fees like if your a LOCAL you have to put a HUGE deposit compared to any other car rental company. Also - if your local you are limited to 150 'free' miles a day - everyone else gets unlimited. At the counter they initially told me it was going to be a $700 deposit on TOP of the total rental price of the car, but was then "reduced" to $700. To top it all off they bring me a filthy car that had NO LICENSE PLATE!!! Had a moving permit stuck in the front window. My 11 day reservation turned into 1 day and except for Jessica this company can go to hell - would NEVER recommend and will NEVER go back there
