  • This is the WORST funeral home EVER! The customer service is horrible. My mother passed away on December 18, 2015 and I still can't get my mother's death certificates. I called in March explaining to Denise that I still had not received the certificates. She said she was sorry and that someone dropped the ball but she would call me the following week to get an address to mail my certificates. Here it is April and I still don't have the certificates. I had to call today to follow up. Denise didn't remember ever speaking with me. Ugh! so frustrating. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
