  • Our A/C was blowing hot air when we got home from work, called the home warranty company they told us will take up to 24 hours to get someone out to the house to take a look. My husband called Joe, the owner of Cool/Hot Guys, he was at our house within 10 minutes (he had just finished a job down the road...lucky us!). Joe was professional, friendly and HONEST (best part) and reasonable prices, took a look at the AC unit and was able to diagnose it right away and saved us from having to spend a night at the hotel. We recommend Cool/Hot Guys 150%, they are the best! Thanks Joe!!!
