Ocotillo's co-op style space is beautiful. The property itself is worthy of four stars for its design and versatility.
Their inventiveness is apparent in the food as well. The house pulled mozzarella with carrots three ways was a delicious new take on the typical preparation. The pecan wood smoked beets were earthy and perfectly cooked. The truffle honey added a welcomed sweetness to the plate.
Most of the vegetarian salads and entrees were Mediterranean, so if that's not your typical palate, I'd recommend making a meal of the vegetable and small plates.
