  • I cant believe their attitudes towards customer service. We purchased a bedroom set that was delivered with dings and chips in most of the pieces. The driver offered to color a black piece of furniture with a brown marker saying they do it all the time. Nice, they do it all the time. We called the store and said take it all back. They insisted that we accept it as is and they would "come out with a replacement later on" Yeah, of course you will after you have my money,never gonna happen. We had them take it all back because it was defective on delivery. They are going to charge us a 10% restocking fee even though they are at fault. What a total ripoff. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.
