I have been At&t customer for a very long time. However after the experience this weekend I would like to explore other options. Either their people are not trained well or they are just plain shady. My husband went in on Friday to explore new phone options for me and new plans. Waited 40 minutes to talk to someone however he left feeling he got some good options. Fast forward to Sunday. He makes and appointment so we do not have to wait 40 minutes. We get there everyone is giving smiles and handshakes and welcoming us and then it just goes down hill. The representative we were dealing with is giving my husband totally different costs then on Friday. The phone I want is not in stock and would have to wait 3-4 weeks and then of course the rep is trying to sell us on a different plan and different phone. Then behind me I hear a women asking for the same phone I wanted and her rep tells her one week for them to get it. So what is it 3-4 or 1? I left feeling annoyed and aggravated. And of course on the way out the manager that was all welcoming and handshaking us when we arrived turned her back to us. She should of been concerned that we did not have a good experience in her store.
