rev:text	Not sure what is going on there? The office staff NEVER answers the phone. Your requests or needs are not even a PASSING thought to their office staff. I cannot get my OWN medical records. I put my request in writing, and cannot reach anyone by phone for a status. I have to DRIVE 30 miles AGAIN for a status of MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS. MY CIVIL RIGHT TO MY RECORDS. If you must go to a DOCTOR, go to one, that an office staff has some ORDER, CARE and mostly ANSWERS THEIR PHONE!!!!!!
