  • Let me tell you, it takes a lot to impress my mother. However, she was impressed with Infinity Heating and Cooling. The individual who came to the house, Denis, took the time to inspect the problem. He looked the the heating unit and inspected it carefully, only to find the issue with the thermostat. He replaced it and my mom stopped having issues with the heater turning off. She was very happy with the service. She stated Denis was very professional, on time, and did an excellent job. Now, its not often my mom gives a compliment, and thus, I would trust them with my heating and cooling needs. Personally, I have not had to use them, but my mom (who does not how to use Yelp) insisted that I take the time to give them an excellent rating b/c Denis was extremely patient and re-checked the problem numerous times until he figured it out and then fixed it. He was honest.
