I had a bad experience with this location
First time going there. Unfortunately I was charged for a very expensive labor fee of $90 for nothing. The process was less than an hour and this location DID NOT FIX MY PROBLEM. The supervisor of this location called me and left a message on my voicemail. I returned the phone call and left a message. However, I did not get a call back from this supervisor. I finally received a call back from the regional manager and I was surprised but happy someone reached out to me. The regional manager explained some processes to me and I definitely understand. We were able to work out the issue and I am completely satisfied now. Thank you Michael for your concern. I am a AAA member and I appreciate the wonderful customer service Michael provided me.
