  • Sadly, I continue to be disappointed in their quality and reliability. About 1 month ago, I bought a vape battery pen only to be told it barely works today. My 2nd visit I drove the 30 minutes to buy a cartridge that did not work. I drove back to Nature's Medicines (another 30 minutes) to find it "had a malfunction." They replaced it with one that they said worked. Drove home (30 minutes). Tried the cartridge and got a few puffs. Then, once again, it stopped working. I made sure it wasn't the battery pen by trying another cartridge. Not sure if it's worth driving back there at this point...wasted a lot of money, time, and gas. Although, the staff was nice.
