  • Moved to a new home in Arizona that required gas hookup. Was actually afraid to start the process after reading these reviews, but had to get it done. Called the number and got connected right away with a very pleasant representative, I called 6 days in advance and she said she could schedule me an appointment in a four hour window on the date requested and that the service tech would call when he was in route for my appointment. Hook up day came and sure enough the tech called just a couple hours into my window, Charlie arrived, was extremely nice, professional, knowledgable, walked me through the whole gas processes and even helped me get my air conditioner working! Was by far the best experience I have ever had with a utility company.
