  • arrived straight from emergency room alone with prescriptions for antibiotics and pain killers to be started immediately at 5:50. Pharmacy refused to fill despite-1. they close at 6. 2. I had casts on both hands and driving was painful and scary 3. They have been my family pharmacy for 6 years. When I went back this morning to fill manager totally unsympathetic. Told him not acceptable in health care business. He defended company policy. I told him other people should know how little the company cares about its customers and that I would use social media. He and the pharmacist again refused to fill my prescriptions. CVS should be ashamed of this store and their "extra care" is a joke. There is no care there
